How many kids can attend the birthday party?
Each party includes up to 15 kids. Additional kids may be added for an additional fee. Call KidStrong Polaris at +1 380-210-0322 to check availability and pricing.
How old does my kid need to be to book a party?
KidStrong offers birthday parties for kids aged 1-11. Guests 3 years and younger must have an adult (18 or older) on the floor with them.
What time can I arrive?
Check with KidStrong Polaris at +1 380-210-0322 on arrival time.
What am I allowed to bring to the party? What do I need to bring?
Families are welcome to bring food, beverages, cake, decorations, and other celebration items. Contact KidStrong Polaris for any location-specific guidelines.
Is gratuity included or should I tip the coaches?
For details on gratuities or any applicable service fees associated with your party, contact KidStrong Polaris at +1 380-210-0322.
Does the party host’s child count as a part of the total child count?
Yes, any kid that is on the floor counts towards the party count.
Are waivers required for participation?
Any participant on the floor, 18 and under, must have a signed waiver. When you book your party, we will give you a link where you and your guests can sign the waiver ahead of time.
Do parents need to stay at the party?
If the kids are under 3, a parent needs to be on the floor, for kids older than that, please check with the center on parent policy.
How is my party run? What is the schedule of the party?
Our coaches will check in all guests and ensure that a waiver has been completed. Once checked in, kids can join the coach on the blue floor for explore time. When the majority of the guests arrive (typically 5 minutes after party start time), or when the party parent is ready to begin, the coaches will begin the games on the blue floor. Blue floor games and activities will take about 70 minutes and the remaining party time will be for food/cake.
How far in advance should I book my party?
To ensure you get the date and time of your party, we recommend at least 1 month in advance.
What is the deposit amount?
Check with KidStrong Polaris at +1 380-210-0322 for party deposit prices. Deposits are applied to your remaining balance at the end of your party. You can book your party online at any time.
Can I pay my party balance prior to the day of the party?
Yes, you can pay for the party balance ahead of time by contacting KidStrong Polaris at +1 380-210-0322. Keep in mind, a final headcount will take place the day of the party and additional kids will be charged the day of the party.
What is the cancellation policy?
All party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Check with KidStrong Polaris at +1 380-210-0322 for the full cancellation policy.
Do I have to sign a party agreement?
Yes. All parties require a signed party agreement before the reservation can be confirmed.
Where can I get the waivers?
The link to our waiver form is always easily available on our website. You will also receive a link to share with your guests in your part confirmation email. It is recommended that your guests complete the waiver prior to arrival.
Do I have to be a KidStrong member to host a KidStrong party?
No. Non-members are welcome to host parties at KidStrong. Check with KidStrong Polaris on the perks of becoming a member.
Do you offer any add-on packages?
After booking your party, KidStrong Polaris will get in touch with you about the optional add-ons available for parties.
